bilz.ai is an AI back office for restaurants in Europe. It tracks food cost, supplier invoices, recipe costs, stock and orders, and shows profit and loss without waiting for the accountant to close the month.

Staff photograph an invoice, upload a PDF or forward an email, and bilz reads every line and updates prices. It pulls sales from POS systems such as Syrve and ZoneSoft, costs each recipe down to the ingredient and shows how supplier price changes move food cost. Teams count stock and send orders to suppliers from their phones.
